Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Shiroro, Niger State. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
