Crane operator • Cardiff, Wales

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Cardiff, Wales. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
