Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. You should bring willing to work rotating day and night shifts; minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls; experience with carbide tooling and insert selection. Day to day you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets.
