Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
