Steward wanted in Hapur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off.
