Bakery assistant wanted in Tambuwal

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Tambuwal, Sokoto State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
