Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
