Waitress wanted in Lea County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Lea County, New Mexico. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Six days a week, one day off.
