Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Greeley County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
