We are recruiting: halal butcher (Plateau State)

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bokkos, Plateau State. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
