Powder coating operator • Kabo, Kano State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Kabo, Kano State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Performance bonus on top of base pay.
