Urgent requirement: ladle pourer (Uttar Pradesh)

Now hiring: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. Your main tasks: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings Ideally you have able to read simple casting drawings and job cards; understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
