Meat cutter — Dallas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Dallas County, Texas. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
