Power press operator wanted in Black Hawk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Black Hawk County, Iowa. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts You will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
