Immediate opening: pastry baker (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Dallas County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
