Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Yamaltu/Deba, Gombe State. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦95,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
