Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Auyo, Jigawa State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
