Now hiring: we are hiring a body shop technician in Lunglei, Mizoram. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. We are looking for comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes; skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement; confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
