Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Thurston County, Washington. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day to day you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts.
