Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Hudspeth County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
