Powder spray gun operator • Jibia, Katsina State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Jibia, Katsina State. The job is on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 1+ years on the tools preferred.
