Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Cullman County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
