Back-of-house cleaner — Upton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Upton County, Texas. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
