Immediate opening: counter butcher (Taraba State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Sardauna, Taraba State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦170,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
