Now hiring: we are hiring a marble fixer in Brevard County, Florida. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. Requirements: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Your main tasks: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
