Great opportunity: café server (Assam)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in West Karbi Anglong, Assam. You will be based at a busy restaurant. We are looking for smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform; basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner. Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments 2+ years on the tools preferred.
