Great opportunity: fine-dining server (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Haskell County, Kansas. You will be based in a café. You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
