Powder coating technician — Nolan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Nolan County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
