Baker wanted in Collin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Collin County, Texas. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off.
