Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Faribault County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Faribault County, Minnesota. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Day to day you will operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; refuel the machine and record running hours; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
