Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Meals and transport allowance provided.
