Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; check back during the meal and handle special requests. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
