We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Stanton County, Kansas. Day to day you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
