Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Paikoro, Niger State. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging The role involves: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
