Landscape gardener — Gwoza

Vacancy available: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Gwoza, Borno State. Day to day you will maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 4+ years on the tools preferred.
