Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
