We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Iron County, Utah. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
