Cook wanted in Pankshin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Pankshin, Plateau State. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
