Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
