Steward — Agra

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should bring able to stand on your feet for long shifts; punctual, reliable and hard-working; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff.
