On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
