Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
