Head baker • Girei, Adamawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Girei, Adamawa State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer ₦290,000 per month plus benefits.
