Hand presser — Mahoning County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hand presser in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will be based at a garment factory. On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
