Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Chikun, Kaduna State. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦600 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
