Powder coating technician • Scott County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Scott County, Virginia. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Part-time with flexible hours.
