Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Surulere, Lagos State. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around ₦1,700 per hour, based on your experience.
