Machine operator (earthworks) — Baxter County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Baxter County, Arkansas. You will grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
