Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
