Room service attendant — LeFlore County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a room service attendant in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a café. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
